Starting on February 7, 2022, all entry-level applicants seeking a new Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), upgrading an existing Class B CDL to Class A CDL, or obtaining a first-time school bus (S), passenger (P), or hazardous materials (H) endorsement must complete the required entry-level driver training before they will be permitted to take the associated CDL knowledge tests or Skills test.
